Trained in Cambodia and did a two-year residency in France.

Dr. Heang Oy
Completed his medical degree at the University of Health and Sciences in Phnom Penh in 2012.
He worked in France for a year and completed a diploma of orthopedic traumatology and spine surgery.
In 2014, Dr. Oy returned to Cambodia and started to work as an orthopedic surgeon.

Dr. Chhat Soksakada
Graduated as a medical doctor from the International University of Cambodia in 2018. Then graduated in general Ophthalmologist from International University, Cambodia in 2021.
Experience working in Ophthalmology at the children Surgery Centre, Cambodia for 4 years until now.

E.N.T. (Ear, Nose, and Throat) Center
Dr. Touch Sokdavy
Dr. Davy completed her medical degree at the UHS Faculty of Medicine in 2010.
She then received a scholarship to complete her ENT specialization at UHS.
Davy recently spoke at the Coalition for Global Hearing Health in Manila, performed an observation
at Tan Tack Song Hospital in Singapore, and delivered the keynote speech at a global hearing
conference in Australia.
