Dr. James Gollogly is the Founder of Chenda Polyclinic and a highly respected orthopaedic surgeon with more than four decades of international clinical experience in orthopaedic surgery, trauma care, and reconstructive surgery. Trained in Scotland, Ireland, Australia, South Africa, and the United States, he has dedicated much of his career to advancing healthcare and expanding access to quality medical services in Cambodia.
In addition to founding Chenda Polyclinic, Dr. Gollogly is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Children’s Surgical Centre in Phnom Penh, where he has helped provide life-changing surgical care to underserved communities while contributing to the development of surgical education and healthcare capacity in the country.
